TrueNorth Supply Co.

A gorgeous store nobody could find — rebuilt into a revenue engine.

The challenge

TrueNorth had a beautiful Shopify storefront and loyal repeat buyers — but new customers couldn't find them. The theme was slow, the product pages were invisible to Google, and paid ads were the only thing driving growth (expensively).

What we did

We rebuilt the storefront headless on Next.js for sub-second loads, ran a full technical-SEO overhaul (structured data, product schema, internal linking), and stood up a content engine targeting real buyer questions. Then we optimized their catalog for AI shopping answers.

The result

Organic revenue climbed 212% over nine months, Core Web Vitals went fully green, and they now show up in ChatGPT's product recommendations — with paid spend cut nearly in half.

"Within a quarter we were outranking competitors twice our size. Then ChatGPT started recommending us. Wild."— Sarah Mitchell, Founder, TrueNorth Supply Co.

Kanata Labs

Great product, invisible in the place buyers now research: AI.

The challenge

Kanata Labs sold a genuinely better product, but their buyers had started researching tools by asking ChatGPT and Perplexity — and the assistants never mentioned them. They were losing deals they never even knew existed.

What we did

We ran a full Search Everywhere Optimization program: consistent entity signals and an llms.txt file, cornerstone content rewritten in the quotable question-and-answer shape answer engines prefer, and digital PR to earn mentions in the sources those models actually trust.

The result

Within four months Kanata Labs became the named recommendation in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers for their core category — and inbound demo requests tripled, at zero incremental ad spend.

Aurora Fitness

From idea to a top-3 category launch in fourteen weeks.

The challenge

Aurora came to us with a strong concept, no app, no audience, and a category crowded with well-funded incumbents. They needed to launch fast and be discoverable on day one — not six months later.

What we did

We designed and built a cross-platform app in React Native, baked in App Store Optimization before launch (keywords, screenshots, ratings strategy), and ran a coordinated launch campaign across TikTok and Instagram search where their audience actually discovers apps.

The result

Aurora hit 50,000 downloads in its first quarter at a 4.8-star average, breaking into the top three of its App Store category — with a launch pipeline that keeps compounding.
